2014 M. Angela Theriac Memorial Scholarship Winners
The 2014 M. Angela Theriac Memorial Scholarship was awarded to two impressive young women. The scholarship committee received many exemplary applications this year, which made deciding upon a winner difficult. In the end, the decision was made to award two scholarships. Courtney Dover and Graysan Braun were chosen as the recipients of this years’ M. Angela Theriac Memorial Scholarship.
Courtney Dover attends Kenton Ridge High School. She has been involved in 4-H for 10 years, and she works as a volunteer for the Boonshoft Museum. She is passionate about animals and has been awarded a summer internship at the Columbus Zoo. She will be attending Otterbein University in the fall, and she has been accepted early into the zoo and conservation science major.
Graysan Braun attends Northwestern High School. She is has been active in volleyball, cheerleading and soccer throughout her high school career. She is also involved in National Honor Society, Student Council and volunteers in her community. Graysan will be attending Capital University in the fall and playing collegiate volleyball.
